Our commitment

New Image Realty LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to comply with the accessibility standards referenced in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, article) to support screen-reader navigation.
• Keyboard operability for every interactive element, including menus, dialogs, carousels, and the map.
• Visible focus indicators on all focusable elements.
• Alt text on all images and decorative icons hidden from assistive tech.
• Forms with explicit labels, error messaging tied to fields via aria-describedby, and ARIA live regions for status updates.
• Color contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA for body text and interactive elements.
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion media query — animations are minimized when this preference is set.
• Responsive layouts that work from 320px mobile to ultrawide desktops.

Known limitations

We are continually improving accessibility. Some known limitations:

• Third-party embedded content (e.g., map tiles, social media links) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards.
• Some listing photos are provided by third parties and may not have detailed alt text; we describe them with address and photo number to aid context.
• Older PDF documents, if any, may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
